Affordable, Accessible Pain Relief for the Community - We are delighted to announce the official launch of our new Community, Multi-Bed Pain Relief Clinic at The Anderida Practice, set to open its doors on 7th November. Anxiety is an emotion that most of us experience from time to time; it can range in intensity from mild feelings of unease to full blown panic attacks. When we experience symptoms so severe that they adversely affect our ability to work, study and sleep, and negatively impact upon our relationships and ultimately our health, then this is characterised as ‘anxiety disorder’.

As the school year draws to a close, the final two weeks of exams can be particularly stressful for teenagers. The pressure to perform well, combined with long hours of studying and the inevitable worry about results, can take a toll on both their mental and physical health.
