Affordable, Accessible Pain Relief for the Community - We are delighted to announce the official launch of our new Community, Multi-Bed Pain Relief Clinic at The Anderida Practice, set to open its doors on 7th November. This clinic is part of our ongoing mission to provide accessible and affordable health care to the Forest Row community and surrounding areas.
Sound therapy, sound healing, sonic massage, vibro acoustic massage, audio sonic massage, music therapy - these are all terms used to describe the use of sound, backed up by science, to improve our health and wellbeing. Low back pain is very common, 80% of people will experience low back pain at some point in their lives. There are so many different reasons why we may have low back pain, ranging from some stiffness from too much sitting, or gardening for example, to more acute pain form pulling a muscle, where we are not able to function in our normal way.

Anxiety is an emotion that most of us experience from time to time; it can range in intensity from mild feelings of unease to full blown panic attacks. When we experience symptoms so severe that they adversely affect our ability to work, study and sleep, and negatively impact upon our relationships and ultimately our health, then this is characterised as ‘anxiety disorder’.
