"My little one had really bad colic and so I brought her to the childrens clinic for an acupuncture treatment. No needles were used, but lots of techniques working on her meridians where Rebecca was tapping and gently stroking. The colic improved after one treatment, and 3 sessions later my little one's symptoms were significantly reduced and she was so much happier, as was I! “To start with we attended weekly and gradually we now come once a month or 6 weeks. My son was having ear infections after ear infections and the only solution the GP had was to fit gromits. I had heard that cranial osteopathy could be beneficial but had never tried it because I couldn't afford it but then I heard of the Acorn clinic and we have never looked back. My son was born with forceps and the osteopath explained how forceps can sometimes affect the bone of the head linked to the ear and the ear isn't draining properly. Since having treatment he hasn't had a single infection.”

"During the last stages of my pregnancy I was having terrible pain in my pelvis when walking or just standing, I thought I was going to have to have a caesarian because of the pain but the treatment helped to realign me and with some exercise and postural advice I began to improve so that the last few weeks were manageable and I was able to have a natural birth."

I read about the Acorn Clinic and decided to try it for him. After the first treatment he had more energy, and over 2 months of regular treatments he had fewer and fewer reoccurences and has now been 6 months without a cough which is amazing."

My son really struggled emotionally after the birth of his sister. Since his treatment he has been significantly calmer, waking fewer times during the night, fewer tantrums and tears during the day and seems happier and more grounded. We also came with my one week old who had a stiff head and neck due to a quick birth/awkward position. She was struggling to latch and had lost 12% of her birth weight. Her latch improved significantly in just 24 hours after treatment. Over the next 3 days she gained back 6% of her body weight and a week later she was back to being above her birthweight. Her neck was less tight and she could latch well and open her mouth wide which she hadn't been able to do before our treatment. We came back 3 times and saw improvement every time. We are so grateful as, without osteo, it could've been the end of our breastfeeding journey. I was reccomended to come by my midwife."
