Hey everyone, Shuna here! You regulars know Iโm not a huge fan of heat styling โ daily blowouts and straightening fry your hair, even with โheat protectantโ products. (Think of them like oiling a chip before throwing it in the fryer!)
Anxiety is an emotion that most of us experience from time to time; it can range in intensity from mild feelings of unease to full blown panic attacks. When we experience symptoms so severe that they adversely affect our ability to work, study and sleep, and negatively impact upon our relationships and ultimately our health, then this is characterised as โanxiety disorderโ.

With all this rain weโve had, let's take a moment to appreciate water - not just as a weather phenomenon, but as a sacred elixir essential for our holistic wellness. Despite the irony of mentioning a hot climate while we're shivering through the cold and wet months, and despite the constant rain for months on end, interspersed with the occasional glimpse of spring's sun and warmth, water remains a vital force in our lives.
Whilst I believe in a food-first approach and the importance of nourishing the body with nutrient-dense foods to support overall health, supplements can also be a valuable part of our toolkit to get you results more quickly, and to provide essential targeted support.

As spiritual practice, we can trace breathwork to Indian Yogis, Tibetan monks, Ancient Egyptian initiates, Hawaiian Kahunas and various other Shamanic practices around the world. Breathwork practice was mostly used for altered states of consciousness and longevity.
