SHOANA TAYLOR
Shoana Taylor (dip PP Coaching, NLP Lomi Lomi, Breathwork) has spent the last 20 years in personal development. Her journey began in 1999 when she trained in Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage after experiencing its profound benefits of resolving her pain and PTSD when in recovery from a car accident.
In 2010/11 she trained in Life Coaching and NLP at the Coaching Academy UK enjoying the life transforming modality. She really found her vocation however when needing to resolve her own stress and burn-out and so explored Wellbeing coaching. The body/mind connection and importance of somatic release led her to train as a breathwork coach with Nevsah Fidan Karamehmet, Turkish Breathwork Master, author and Teacher, using the Transformation Breathwork model founded by Dr Judith Kravitz.
Shoana's style of working is multi disciplined and she draws on her different trainings to weave into her breathwork practice.
A session with Shoana may include, life coaching, NLP, subconscious clearing, energy work and tuning forks depending on the clients needs.
Transfomational Breathwork TM uses, breathwork analysis, connected circular breathing, acupressure touch and toning to help clear cellular memory, change a dysfunctional breath pattern, and take the client into altered states. This helps create deep transformational change in neurology and behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
