COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY

Sometimes you may feel overwhelmed by everyday pressures. You may feel “stuck,” unable to deal with the problems you face. Or, you may want to come to terms with unresolved issues from the past, which you feel are holding you back.

Often those pressures or issues manifest themselves through stress, anxiety, depression, psychosomatic issues, problems with relationships, or the inability to move on in cases of trauma, bereavement and loss.

Counselling and Psychotherapy can help you resolve such issues and support you in choosing a positive path for the future by focusing on your potential for growth and development.

Miche Tetley

Miche is a BACP registered and accredited psychotherapist, who also has training and experience in working with subtle energies. Her combination of intuitive sensing, therapeutic insight and somatic awareness provide a space of deep holistic holding and practical support for transforming difficulties and personal evolution. Her sessions are nourishing and supportive, whether you are interested in Psychotherapy & Counselling, Soul Reading or Coaching.

Originally trained in Gestalt and somatic psychotherapy at Spectrum in London, she has been working in private practice as a humanistic psychotherapist since 2007 and has experience working with clients across a wide range of issues, whilst specialising in working with people who suffer with anxiety. She holds a breadth of skills, tools and perspectives that span the fields of psychology, emotional awareness, neuroscience, the energy body, creativity, spirit and soul and she works with each individual client to help address whatever their point of need is in the highest way possible for them.

She also supervises healers and holistic professionals who wish to develop psychological rigour and therapeutic professionalism in their practice.

As well as a therapist and intuitive guide, she is an artist, a mother, and a forest school leader, and enjoys walking and crafting and creating. Her abstract paintings, which are inspired by nature and the elements, are currently for sale in the Anderida Practice.

Susanne Fuller

Most of us have times in our lives when we feel stuck and in need of someone outside of our family or friendship circle where we can speak in confidence. You may not be able to pin point the source of your discomfort but taking the space and time to explore your feelings and reflect in a supportive environment increases wellbeing, improves self-awareness and enables a clearer understanding of habitual patterns. Habitual patterns, often developed in childhood, behaviours that were resourceful in keeping us safe and connected, may no longer serve us well. Psychotherapy offers time to reflect and gain better understanding of yourself which can lead to new pathways for a more fulfilling life.

My professional background:

I originally trained as a nurse and have worked abroad, on the community, in care for the elderly and, latterly, in a school. I then retrained in Psychotherapy (an MSc in Psychotherapy) at the Metanoia institute, London

I now work with individuals and with couples on issues such as anxiety, bereavement and loss, depression, relationship and life crises, communication difficulties, parenting issues, low self-esteem and issues relating to maternal mental health in the perinatal period. I also run groups for those who have experienced bereavement and loss.

Fundamental to my work is a respectful, safe and confidential space; I work both face to face and on-line.

My training is in Relational Transactional Analysis (Metanoia, London) and in couples counselling and I am a member of UKCP, registered with the IOC and fully insured.

Services:

£55 for a 60 min session for individuals. I have some low cost places available, please enquire.

£70 - 85 for couples sessions.
