The essence of Personal Training and Wellness coaching is about building a strong and robust body, mind & soul.
The Personal Training element looks at the physical, assessing how your body moves and working out a protocol that will realign and rebalance the body using predominantly bodyweight exercises and natural human movements. You will regain and reclaim what we were all born with, the ability to deep squat (rest position), run, walk, climb, breathe, move, balance, carry and many more abilities that we need as human beings.
Nutritional principles for health and longevity such as blood sugar stabilisation, whole & natural foods etc
Natural lifestyle practice integration such as prioritising time in and connection to nature, getting red light in your eyes in the evening through the magnetic and hypnotic element of fire for sleep quality which is one of the most important pillars of health, without good quality sleep your health and daily energy levels with suffer.
The Wellness element looks at the mind, soul & spirit. Things such as finding your purpose, connection to your emotions, mindfulness, connection with trauma, self-expression, setting healthy boundaries, embodiment amongst just a few. Nothing is off limits and we create a safe sacred space for all of it to be received and welcomed with love, non-judgement and compassion. Movement is a great way of breaking down barriers and letting that fire out.
