The Anderida Practice has donated the space for this fundraiser to support Oscar as he walks from London to Turkey in aid of rebuilding eco homes in the Turkish city Hatay after last year’s earthquakes. 

He has so far walked over 1000km and is in Germany. He will be headed for the Carpathian Mountains in Romania during winter - which will be intense and dangerous. 

This donation based Breathwork class is run in aid of his mission, and also to offer you the opportunity to clear, recharge and release.
