I am offering these workshops to help support your system in the transition between seasons. The practices we do are oriented around the elements that are prominent and the themes that may be arising for you.
The transition from Summer to Autumn can be challenging as things seem to simultaneously wind down and speed up. Yoga can help us navigate the fluctuating emotions that arise as well as support the physical body to stay grounded and functional.
We will practice pranayama to increase lung pliability, gentle movements to prevent rigidity in the joints and a nourishing sequence to build our deeper energy reserves.
Chanting, discussion, meditation and tea time are also included.
