Bihar yoga aims to awaken dimensions of consciousness where dormant potential and creativity lies by developing a range of strategies to deal with stress, manage life cycles, restore and maintain balance of body, mind and spirit.
Each yoga class uses sound (mantra), movement (asana), gestures (mudras and bandhas), breathing (pranayama), relaxation (pratyhara and yoga nidra), concentration (dharana), and meditation (dhyana) techniques.
