Enhancing Our Acorn Children's Clinic: Recent Donations from Gatwick Airport Community Trust and Forest Row Parish Council
We are thrilled to announce that the Acorn Children's Clinic at the Anderida Project has recently received generous donations from both the Gatwick Airport Community Trust and the Forest Row Parish Council. These contributions are helping us to further enrich the environment and services we offer to children and families in our community.
New Equipment for a Calmer, More Welcoming Space
Thanks to the support from the Gatwick Airport Community Trust, we have been able to purchase much-needed equipment for the Acorn Children's Clinic. This includes:
Additional Privacy Screens: These screens will provide more private spaces within the clinic, ensuring that every child and family can receive care in a comfortable and confidential environment.
Calming Lamps: Our new calming lamps are designed to create a soothing atmosphere, helping children to feel at ease during their visits. The soft lighting is especially beneficial for those who may feel anxious or overwhelmed.
Children's Resources: We have also acquired new toys and books to keep our young patients happy and engaged before and during their treatments. These resources aim to create a more enjoyable and less stressful experience for children, making their visits something to look forward to.
